Research and Innovation Transitioning from Sustainability Literacy to Sustainability Leadership in GMIT Strathmore University installed a 600KW grid-tie Solar PV system in 2014 in a bid to become a green university. The system helps us to avoid carbon emission and also works as a live laboratory to train Engineers and Technicians on design, installation and maintenance of decentralized solar PV power systems.
